Home Information Pack

Every home put on the market for sale in England and Wales requires by law a Home Information Pack (HIP). The Pack must include an Energy Performance Certificate containing advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills. Also, a sale statement, legal searches and evidence of title must be included.

At movehomelegal, we believe that a fast sale is a more secure sale. We have added extra documents to really make your HIP a valuable benefit and assist the sale of your property.

It is widely acknowledged that the sooner the legal formalities are concluded, the less risk there is of a buyer withdrawing and the sale falling through.

To enable a faster, more secure sale, at movehomepack our HIPS are now "move-ready".

Whilst these are currently not a compulsory part of the HIP, they are an essential requirement when you have found a buyer.
