Is the Hybrid working model the right answer for you?
The last couple of years has forced many changes to the way we work and live. Many companies have adjusted to this new environment and now offer a variety of different options for colleagues to consider. Some companies desire a return to working full time in the office, others are offering complete remote working. Working full time remotely, works well for some people, but not for all and then there is the HYBRID model, offering both the flexibility to choose when you work from home and the opportunity of going into the office to catch up with your colleagues, do any necessary admin and feel part of that valued office culture and structure that has been missing for so long. These are the reasons why many feel the HYBRID option is the best route for them.
